• Clients can cancel their service agreement with SNDEVELOPER by providing written notice via email to founder@sndeveloper.in.
• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.
• Refund Within 4-5 Day .

1.2 Immediate Cancellation

• For immediate cancellations, clients must contact SNDEVELOPER directly at 9134849075.
• Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Initial Consultation Fees

• Initial consultation fees are non-refundable as they cover the time and resources spent in understanding client requirements and proposing a strategic plan.

2.2 Monthly Services

• Refunds for monthly services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• If the client is not satisfied with the services provided, a written request for a refund must be submitted to founder@sndeveloper.in within 14 days of the billing date.
• SNDEVELOPER reserves the right to approve or deny the refund request based on the services rendered and the reasons provided.

2.3 Prepaid Services

• For services paid in advance (e.g., SEO packages, content marketing plans), refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service.

2.4 Non-Refundable Services

• Certain services, such as customized digital marketing strategies, bespoke website designs, and ad spend budgets allocated to third-party platforms, are non-refundable.
