SNDEVELOPER Shipping Policy

  • Upon completion, deliverables will be sent via email to the client’s designated email address or through secure online platforms as agreed upon during the service agreement.

  • Clients will receive access to digital marketing tools, reports, and dashboards as part of our service delivery.
  • Login credentials, if applicable, will be provided securely via email.

2. Delivery Timeline

2.1 Initial Consultation

  • After the initial consultation, a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and deliverables will be provided within 3-5 business days.

2.2 Project Commencement

  • Once the proposal is approved and payment is received, project work will commence. The timeline for each project will vary based on its scope and complexity.

2.3 Ongoing Services

  • For ongoing services such as monthly SEO or social media management, deliverables will be provided as per the schedule outlined in the service agreement.

3. Communication and Updates

3.1 Regular Updates

  • Clients will receive regular updates on the progress of their projects via email, phone calls, or virtual meetings.
  • Detailed reports and analytics will be shared periodically to ensure clients are informed about the performance and impact of the services.

4. Changes to Deliverables

4.1 Modification Requests

  • Clients can request modifications or adjustments to the deliverables within the scope of the service agreement. Any additional requirements or changes that fall outside the original agreement may be subject to additional charges and an extended timeline.

5. Non-Delivery

5.1 Non-Delivery of Services

  • In the unlikely event that services are not delivered as agreed, clients should notify SNDEVELOPER immediately.
  • We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to ensure that the agreed-upon services are delivered promptly.
